Importance of the Position:

This position is of vital importance in the overall success of the Company.  Them employee needs to be versatile, having an exceptional personality, the ability to work with employees and customers, the ability to make customer contacts, and sell products for various events and seasons.

The employee must:

8.    Be willing to work weekends as needed
9.    Be able to u reference manuals to answer unknown questions
10.  Be able to work in an efficient manner
11.  Be able to always present Hrnak's in a positive way
12.  Be well organized
13.  Willing to attend seminars to stay on top of what is new
14.  Be able to train as needed

Essential Job Functions:
1.    Be able to attend meetings with and without Patti
2.    Have creative and out of the box ideas
3.    Be willing to voice their opinions and ideas
4.    Dress the part by having Hrnak's logo dress attire
5.    Always work to educate the customer
6.    Help to set and achieve goals for the week/month/year
7.    Make sales calls to promote our products
8.    Meet with clients to promote our products
9.    Notify management of any problems
10.  Attend monthly store meetings
11.  Make deliveries in a pinch
12.  Open and close the shop as needed
13.  Be able to work closely with Patti
14.  Be able to learn the sales position (to help out during holidays)
15.  Use proper etiquette and mannerisms when meeting with clients and co-workers
